Qinghai University is a comprehensive public university located in Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province, China. Established in 1958, it is a key institution under China's "Project 211" and "Double First-Class Construction" initiatives, co-sponsored by the Qinghai Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education.
