Madda Walabu University is a public higher education institution founded in 2006 and located in Robe, Bale Zone, Oromia Region, about 430 km southeast of Addis Ababa. Operating three campuses (Robe, Goba, and Shashemene), it offers 116 academic programmes across six colleges and three schools, with principal strengths in agriculture, health sciences, biodiversity, and tourism.
